My name is Faith Jensen and I started teaching high school English in August of 2006. I have always loved to read, at least as long as I can remember, and I enjoy writing as well.
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in English Language Arts Education from the University of Central Florida as well as a Master of Science Degree in Teacher Leadership from the University of Central Florida.
I have a passion for learning, for myself and my students.
In my free time, I enjoy horseback riding, reading, running, and spending time with my family.
I am a born again believer. Without the Lord in my life, I do not know where I would be. He has saved me from a life of destruction and given me peace, joy, and eternal life. I asked Jesus into my heart at the age of six and made decisions as a young person that I would do my best to honor and glorify the Lord with my life. The decisions I made as a young teen have held me through the years and I praise the Lord for His strength in my weaknesses.
God loves you more than anyone else ever can and sent Jesus to die so that you can have eternal life, too. The glorious thing is that Jesus not only died but he rose from the dead and is alive! All you have to do to be saved is believe. Romans 10:9-10 reads:
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from
the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
